We treat the privacy and security of our users seriously. Ziplet is designed to be a secure place for authentic student feedback. With that in mind, it’s important to clarify our commitment:

• We don’t sell or rent any personal information, including that of students and teachers
  
• We don’t advertise to students, and there is no advertising on Ziplet's platform
• Every user has full ownership of their data and the right to delete this data
• Students under the age of 13 must obtain parental or guardian consent before they can register for Ziplet
• We are signatories of the Student Privacy Pledge
• We comply with COPPA, FERPA and GDPR, along with many other privacy and security guidelines
• We will notify you if we make any changes to the way we handle your data.
