When you sign up for an individual Plus license, a 30 day trial period is added to the subscription. At the end of the trial period the associated credit card will be charged for either the first month or first year depending on your subscription. You can cancel at any time.

License bundles do not have a trial period.

Ziplet Plus is paid via self-service credit card in the web app. Invoicing is available for school-wide plans (minimum spend US$1000)

Individual Plus users can update credit card information in-app. Admins managing license bundles can go to their customer portal by clicking on the link in our email, which says 'manage your subscription'.

Individual Plus licenses are not transferable. Licenses purchased in a bundle may be allocated to other users once the current user removes their license code in the Ziplet web app, and then the new user can redeem the license code via the Ziplet web app.
