This competition commences at 12:01 am EST from the 1st day of every calendar month for 1 month (‘Promotional Period’). Taking part in this competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
The promoter of the competition is Cubane Solutions Pty Ltd (ACN 106 955 962) (‘Promoter’), Level 23, 697 Collins St, Docklands, 3008.
To enter, persons must collect 20 or more responses in Ziplet within 7 days of creating an account.
This competition is open to newly registered Ziplet users with a teacher role only.
The prize is an Amazon e-gift card valued at $50 USD.
There will be 1 winner randomly drawn for each month's competition.
The winner will be notified via their email address in writing within three business days of the completion of the Promotional Period.
Cubane Solutions and associated agencies accept no responsibility for loss, damage, accident, death or injury resulting from the promotion.
Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The winners accept the prize ‘as is’ and acknowledge that Cubane Solutions accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. The winner should seek advice from the Australian Tax Office or their own taxation adviser or independent financial adviser.
No correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter’s decision is final.
